This position begins the Revenue Cycle process by collecting accurate demographic and financial information to produce a clean claim necessary to receive timely reimbursement. In addition, this position provides exceptional customer service during encounters with patients, families, visitors Physicians and associates.
This position will use critical thinking in both emergent and non-emergent situations quickly. Will be responsible for managing incoming calls both internal and external, monitoring the command center, and will greet and direct all patients/visitors as well as assist patients as needed.
